JP Jewelry CLIENT APPRECIATION

Celebrating our 15 years of JP Jewelry has me reminiscing about all the love and continued support we receive from our amazing clients. As a thank you for trusting us, JP Jewelry is now offering FREE repairs on JP Jewelry Merchandise.  We are excited to offer this to our clients to show appreciation and continue to build trust. You can read more about the NEW JP Client Appreciation Care Policy below. 

This also seems like a great time for a reminder on the basics of JP Jewelry care.  While I am of the mindset of wearing your JP pieces every day and everywhere, I do encourage you to take steps to protect your truly singular JP pieces. We suggest removing jewelry when doing the following:

- working out (especially lifting weights or heavy lifting in general)

- before swimming in heavily chlorinated pools, hot tubs, etc.

- while using chemicals or cleaning agents

It's also a good idea to avoid soaps, hairsprays, and showering in your JP pieces to avoid getting build up on your rings!  We would also like to remind you to clean your jewelry regularly. You can also soak your pieces in lukewarm water and soap, finishing with a gentle cleaning with a soft toothbrush to keep them clean and free of residue buildup. We are partial to the JP jewelry cleaner as the easiest way to keep your pieces sparkling!

Finally, we would also like to take this time to remind you to insure your JP pieces. Losing, misplacing, or having a priceless JP piece go missing can be a heartbreaking experience. Be sure your pieces are insured in the case of any of these things happening.

We are so very thankful for each of you supporting us along on this journey over the past 15 years!  Here's to another 50!

CLIENT APPRECIATION REPAIR POLICY

 

Our new policy will cover:

  • Damaged or cracked gold

  • Resetting loose stones

  • Fixing broken clasps and/or chains

  • Reshaping well-loved pieces 

  • Replacing lost stones up to and including  2.1mm

  • Fixing broken prongs



Disclaimers:

  • To preserve the integrity of each piece, rework/repair may not recommended more than once.

  • Proof of Purchase may be required if older than 2 years .

  • JP Jewelry is not responsible for replacing lost stones larger than 2.1mm.

  • All repairs are subject to shipping charges: Shipping To/From + Insurance is the responsibility of the client.

  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. We are not responsible for repairs made by any third party jeweler(s). We are unable to repair items that have been previously altered or repaired by any third party jeweler(s). 

  • Items purchased from another vendor: Please contact the vendor that you originally purchased the item from. We do not accept repair requests other than merchandise.

  • At this time, International Orders are exempt for logistical reasons.
