Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

Many of our pieces are made to order. Your order will take up to seven days to process, if we have the item in hand. If the item needs to be sized or made to order, it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. You are welcome to email us at info@janepopejewelry.com to inquire about when a piece will be available to ship out. Please consider this processing time when selecting your shipping option. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All shipments are fully insured. There will be an additional $14 charge to require a signature confirmation.  For orders shipped to an address other than the credit card billing address, we may require additional verification. We are not able to ship to PO Box Addresses. Please contact info@janepopejewelry.com with any special shipping requests before placing your order.

Packages are delivered Monday–Friday only. JP is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our care.

Please note, for international shipments, import taxes and fees may occur. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are required to be covered before delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased at full price (exclusions apply and will be stated on product) on janepopejewelry.com may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from when you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging (JP gift box and pouch, ribbon and tags must be included). If an item is returned without above mentioned materials, your refund will be reduced by $15. The amount of the item will be refunded minus the cost of shipping insurance.

Please email info@janepopejewelry.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than janepopejewelry.com.

If the item purchased from janepopejewelry.com is engraved, this is a custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping and insurance charges JP incurred to ship your order. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Select sizes or pieces may not be returnable and will be noted as FINAL SALE.

Please allow five business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received. You will receive a transaction email when the return is processed.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODES ARE FINAL SALE.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

SALES TAX

Jane Pope Jewelry charges Sales Tax for any orders shipped to an address in South Carolina. Orders shipped within South Carolina will be charged the sales tax rate of 9%.

GIFT WRAP

All JP purchases arrive in our signature JPJ pouch and gift box.

ORDER STATUS

Customers receive email order status updates to the email address provided at checkout. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

Your card will be charged in full at the time of the order. See Shipping above for details on processing time. You will receive an email with tracking info when your package ships.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom Orders placed on janepopejewelry.com may not be returned or exchanged. Any item indicated on janepopejewelry.com as a “Custom” item is considered a final sale. Custom project deposits are non-refundable

All pricing shown on JP is our current retail for the featured product.  Prices are subject to change. JP reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
