FAQs: JP APPOINTMENTS

 

What will my appointment consist of?

You can go to the JP website to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT TIME. Once you are signed up for your appointment through the website, you will receive emails/texts reminding you of your appointment details. If you are looking for something specific, please let us know before you come. While we are happy to show you anything you want to see, knowing what you are coming to see will help us be prepared for your precious time in the JP studio. We pull out a selection of JP pieces specifically for each appointment. We can always pull out others, but having an understanding of what you are looking for before you come in is a great guide for us!

Appointments are a great way to come in and view the collection in person. Often times people know exactly what they want from perusing the website, but more often than not, people fall in love with pieces they didn’t expect to when they come in to the JP studio.  

 

How long will my appointment last?

Each appointment is 30 minutes long. We do 15 minute time slots for pick-ups or quick ring sizing, but appointments typically take around 30 minutes for clients to see everything they want to see.  

 

Am I able to leave the studio with my purchases?

If you decide on a piece that is in stock and is the correct measurements, you are welcome to buy and take it with you! We have many pieces in stock, but not every ring size will be available for same-day takeaway. If the piece has to be made, it can take 2-3 weeks for production. We do our very best to have your pieces ready as quickly as possible.

 

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Yes, you may bring a friend with you if you would like! If you want to bring more than 2 people, we ask that you email us beforehand, as we may allot more time for the appointment so that you all have enough time to explore the JP collection.  

 

What if I don't know my ring size?

This is the perfect reason to stop in the studio! We can measure your ring size during your appointment. If you prefer to get an idea before you come in, we are happy to send you an at-home ring sizer before you come into the JP Studio. Email info@janepopejewelry.com with your address (within the continental US) and we will mail it via USPS.

 

What if I can't find a time that works for me? 

If you don’t see a time that works for you, just email us at info@janepopejewelry.com to find another time that works.  

 

Will I be able to try on rings in my size during my appointment?

Yes, of course! You are welcome to try on any jewelry while in the studio. It's a great opportunity to see how pieces feel and fit. Please note we have many pieces in stock, though not in every ring size. We'll do our best to find a ring closest to your size and width of the ring you are interested in to give you the best idea of how each ring will look and feel on.

 

What if I am going to be late to my appointment?

If you are running late, we ask that you reach out to let us know via email. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shift your appointment to accommodate already set appointments.

 

If I am unable to get in for an appointment, are there options for trying pieces?

If you are unable to get to Charleston for a studio appointment, we have several ways to bring JP to you. We are more than happy to take photos of rings styled together that you are considering. Just email info@janepopjewelry.com with your request. We are here to help!  

We can also send you a JP at-home ring sizer to figure out your ring size from the comfort of your home. Remember also, you have 14 days from receipt to return your JP pieces for a full refund*. You can order and try a couple and send them back to us within the timeframe for a full refund, or within 30 days for JP store credit.
