2025 In Review
This year has been full, and I feel so grateful to have worked on some truly amazing projects with equally amazing people.
I kicked off the year by doing something I had been dreaming of for several years: bringing together women I admire to celebrate International Women’s Day. It had been on my to-do list forever, and I knew I wanted the incredibly talented Alice Keeney to photograph this beautiful group. A few people couldn’t make it at the last minute because life happens, but it was still so special to celebrate the women who were there—and those who couldn’t be. It felt good to finally bring this long-held idea to life.
Another highlight was the launch of my second candle, created with Ebeny. I had such a vivid sensory memory of a man walking past me on a brisk morning in Tucson—the scent stopped me in my tracks—and I wanted to recreate it. I’m so happy with how this candle turned out and love how it compliments my Jasmine Green Tea candle. Which one is your favorite?
My collaboration with Caroline Hurley was also a standout. I love working with other creatives to bring ideas to life that embody the spirit of JP while incorporating their unique aesthetic. These pieces were exceptionally meaningful because we brought in Alexandra Mullen, who helped guide us in stone pairings with complimentary meanings. This added an extra layer of symbolism to an already meaningful collaboration. I wear mine every day and genuinely feel strength from them.
Another major moment was launching my JP fragrance, ADORN. You can read the full story on my Substack. It’s pretty funny how an old bad habit (and my attempt to hide it) ultimately inspired this formula years later. Creating this scent with Ebeny brought back so many memories.
Authentic connection was a priority for me in 2025. I felt a strong pull to collaborate with people I genuinely connect with. Working with some of my favorite creators, especially having Alicia Lund in the studio and in Charleston, was truly soul-filling. She had never been to Charleston before, so getting that face-to-face time meant a lot. I look forward to hosting her again soon! Stay tuned.
The most full circle moment of the year was a photoshoot with Lindsey Belle (Lynch) and my OG model/bestie Carter, recreating my very first JP jewelry shoot from 15+ years ago. The original shoot took place on the streets of NYC, but I love Lindsay’s style, and having her come to Charleston was such a treat. I had longingly reached out to my gorgeous friend who was the model for the original shoot and said I wished she would come down... and she did! I surprised Lindsay by having her show up at dinner the night before. We were all buddies in NYC, so it was quite the reunion. We also brought in a new model for this shoot and LOVED working with her. There is a lot to be said about people who are not only gorgeous but most importantly lovely to work with.
I also loved working with Julia Berolzheimer to create a truly special custom heirloom necklace that she can pass down to her girls (I have a feeling there will be a fight over this one someday!) I loved working with Julia to create her one of a kind mixed sapphire necklace. It was so fun to see which stones she was drawn to and to help her create an heirloom piece that she can wear now and eventually pass down.
Our Giving Back month with Kids On Point was another meaningful part of the year. We had a great month promoting my desire to help give back to the community. No better way than KOP, which offers after-school and summer programming for children to keep them busy and active and thriving.
And then there was my second JP catalog, featuring my beautiful daughter— one of my favorite humans on earth. She is smart and funny and loving, and while she may think everything I do is “dumb,” I couldn’t adore her more. She is the best daughter a girl could ask for.
A few other notable highlights:

- New Products - so many great zingers this year added to the collection, elevating the JP game with some really dreamy pieces.
- Hosted Editors + Creators in the Studio with Cru of Two - we loved having editors and now friends into the studio to peruse pieces and talk about the JP mission.
- JP Seasonal Soiree - always love working with Flowershop CHS and celebrating the holiday seasons with clients old and new is always a treat. check out more details on my substack.
- Gift Wrap Collab - working with Lia Burke was so much fun. I have long wanted a custom JP wrapping paper, and Lia Burke was lovely to work with and I am obsessed with our new papers.
- JP Holiday Cocktail Countdown - Sarah Louise of The Spritz Effect brought my holiday cocktail collaboration dreams come true with these perfect pairings of her cocktails with JP cocktail rings.
This year has been filled with so many fulfilling moments. Lots with my kiddos - my son started driving, but more importantly, I have watched him soar as a high schooler. He is such a kind, thoughtful, awesome guy. Professionally, I worked with so many talented people, with my shoot with Lindsay Belle being a highlight. Personally, I feel like I’m hitting my stride. I’m two years away from 50, and I’m genuinely excited to see what the next decade brings for JP and for me.
