What happens after I submit my order via your website?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. The funds are not automatically transferred to JPJ (the merchant) and we reserve the right to hold shipment until they have been received. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. We make many of the pieces to order. If your item is not in stock, we will email within 2 days of receipt of the order to let you know an estimated ship time frame. See shipping details below.
How long will it take to receive my order?

While most items ship within seven days, some pieces may take longer to produce and may not ship for 2–3 weeks from date of order. If you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite shipping, please add your request to the comments section, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
Is the full collection available online?
We wish… Our line is constantly growing and changing, so for now we can only offer the carefully selected items you see. If you are interested in a custom piece, send us an email at email@example.com.
Are the pictures online to scale?
We do our best to make the photos on the JPJ website as close to actual size as possible, but the pictures are not to scale. Most of the pieces have secondary images showing the item worn, which will give you a good idea of size and scale. We have also included measurements on many of the pieces. If you have any questions regarding the size of a particular item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to answer your questions.
Can I replace a lost earring?
Many of the earrings are sold as singles directly through the website. If we don’t have the style available online, JPJ may ask you to send the mate to the studio, at your cost, so we can match it for you. A few styles are produced for one season only and may not be available at the time of the request. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss the project before shipping anything to the studio.
Does the jewelry come with a box?
Yes. Each order arrives in a custom JPJ gift box.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, JPJ cannot ship to a P.O. Box. JPJ ships via UPS, who does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Can I return a gift?
A piece received as a gift may be returned for a credit towards another JPJ purchase. The Customer returning the piece is responsible for all shipping charges.
Items that were purchased at full price as a gift will be accepted for exchange. Please email us within 30 days with the purchaser’s information and order number, so that we can locate the purchase in our system. The item will need to be returned in all of it’s original packaging within a week of the email. If the item is not returned in it’s original packaging, there will be a restocking fee of $10 which will be deducted from the credit.
JPJ will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information JPJ collects is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via email of promotions and upcoming sales. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, you may opt out by changing your Email Notifications status.
Is my transaction safe?
All order information sent to janepopejewelry.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
Is there a catalog I can receive by mail?
A catalog is available to wholesale buyers only. Should you have questions about an item or need further information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your repair policy?
At JPJ, quality and craftsmanship are of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for repair on any JPJ item, email email@example.com. Please include your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. JPJ will email a Repair Authorization Number, which must be clearly labeled on the return package.
JPJ will repair at no charge any breakage caused by defect within 120 days of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. There is a $14 UPS ground shipping charge for all repairs. When your repair is ready, JPJ will send you a link to pay the balance and shipping to return your item to you.
JPJ only accepts repairs for items purchased on janepopejewelry.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through janepopejewelry.com.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and, therefore, delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy your piece for a long time. The majority of the JPJ collection consists of 14k gold and, although it can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner, we suggest leaving the job to a professional.
JPJ mostly uses natural gemstones, which vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones…a part of their beauty. Most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.

How do I figure out my ring size?
The best way to figure out your ring size is to visit your local jewelry store and ask for a professional sizing. If this is not feasible, use a manual ring-sizing guide. What is the return policy?
Items purchased on janepopejewelry.com may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from when you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and in original packaging (JPJ gift box and/or pouch, ribbon and tags must be included.) If the item is not returned in all of it’s original packaging a restocking fee of $10 which will be deducted from the credit.
Please email email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than janepopejewelry.com.
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping and insurance charges JPJ incurred to ship your order. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Items marked “Special Order” may not be returned.
JPJ does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed.
Please allow five business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received. You will receive a transaction email when the return is processed.
Select pieces may not be returnable and will be noted as FINAL SALE.
Items purchased with a coupon code during a promotion are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return nor exchange.
