Orders placed on janepopejewelry.com will ship within seven business days from the day they are placed, if the pieces are in stock. Please consider this processing time when selecting your shipping option. If the item is not in stock and requires additional production time, it may take 2-3 weeks for the item to ship. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. For rush orders or to check availability, please contact email@example.com.
All shipments are fully insured. There will be an additional $14 charge to require a signature confirmation. Your order will be shipped once your transaction is approved. For orders shipped to an address other than the credit card billing address, we may require additional verification. We are not able to ship to PO Box Addresses. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any special shipping requests before placing your order.
Packages are delivered Monday–Friday only. JPJ is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our care.
Before shipping any items to JPJ, please email email@example.com to receive an authorization number. All materials shipped to JPJ are the responsibility of the customer. Please insure all shipments and ship by a trackable carrier (e.g., FedEx or UPS).
Jane Pope Jewelry charges Sales Tax for any orders shipped to an address in South Carolina. Orders shipped within South Carolina will be charged the statewide sales tax rate of 9%.

Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. You will be asked to provide your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code and Billing Address.
All JPJ purchases arrive in our signature JPJ pouch and gift box.
Customers receive email order status updates to the email address provided at checkout. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.

Your card will be charged in full at the time of the order. Orders can take up to seven days to ship. You will receive an email from UPS with tracking info when your package ships.
Custom Orders placed on janepopejewelry.com may not be refunded, returned or exchanged. Any item indicated on janepopejewelry.com as a “Special Order” item is considered a final sale. Special orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

Items purchased at full price on janepopejewelry.com may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from when you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and in original packaging (JPJ gift box and/or pouch, ribbon and tags must be included). If the item purchased from janepopejewelry.com is engraved, this is a custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please email email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than janepopejewelry.com.
Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping and insurance charges JPJ incurred to ship your order. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Items marked “Special Order” may not be returned.
JPJ does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or that does not return in the custom JPJ pouch, box and band. There will be a $10 restocking fee for any items received with packaging that is not in its original state.
JPJ does not accept returns on any rings sized above a 7.5, as these are FINAL SALE.
Please allow five business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received. You will receive a transaction email when the return is processed.

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
All pricing shown on JPJ is our current retail for the featured combination.

JPJ charges the required state sales tax rate of 9% for any orders shipped to an address in South Carolina. JPJ does not charge a sales tax for items shipped outside of South Carolina.
